Unfortunately we do not provide any financial agreements and do not refer customers to any other financial service providers. We typically require a deposit once a final design and product list is decided upon, and the remaining balance to be paid upon job completion (or on delivery for supply only customers).
Not at all, The products section on our website is regularly updated with our best selling products at the time. We have thousands of bathroom products available from luxury suppliers all over Europe!
We usually require a £500.00 deposit after the design being signed off on and the job being confirmed. Whereupon we would then give a week commencing fitting date and order your chosen products for installation. The remaining balance will be invoiced to you within 7 days of job completion.
No worries! If you have your own fitters, we are able to supply only the products themselves.
Mackies offer a one-year labour guarantee post-fitting date. For any specific product issues, we would contact the manufacturer direct on the customer behalf to arrange replacement or repair, contingent on the manufacturer`s warranty being in date.
Not at all! Mackies will deliver your full bathroom / shower room suite on the day the job is to start. We will then rip out the current suite, load it into the van and dispose of it properly ourselves.
We will plumb the toilet in at the end of every day unless the customer has another working toilet in the house. Showers and wash-hand basins are usually fitted nearer completion time.
After forming the quote, we will contact you to arrange an appointment in the showroom where we would show you the products on display and the choices available.
If you are looking for Mackie Bathrooms to supply and fit a new suite, we would advise you to book in for an estimate where the existing room will be measured up and brought back to the office to be quoted.
